Leaving the Army didn’t mean leaving pressure behind. Glen moved into the private sector, where the environment changed but the responsibility became increasingly personal — protecting individuals and families whose safety, privacy and wellbeing depended on the decisions made around them.
Over the next 25 years, his work would take him across the world, supporting private and royal families, senior executives and high-profile individuals. From protective operations and international travel to complex situations and moments of crisis, the role demanded discretion, judgment, anticipation and the ability to make sound decisions when circumstances changed quickly.
The uniform was gone, but many of the lessons remained — now applied in an entirely different world.
